Chapter 24. Take care, love.
"No, I strongly disagree," Mrs Kim shouted at Taemin.
"MY daughter is getting married to Sung Min, and that's final!" Mrs Kim stormed into her house.
"I'm sorry," Mr Kim apologized before going in.
"It's okay, sir," Taemin replied.
Min didn't even look at Taemin. She just walked past him. Taemin grabbed her wrist before she enter her house.
"Take care, love. I'm not yours anymore." Taemin let's her go and walk home feeling hurt.
Taemin lets go of his grip. The ring case fell revealing the ring he bought. Min walked over to pick it up.
'Lee Taemin ♥ Kim Min. Nothing Will Tear Us Apart' got carved out on the ring.
Min finally lets her tears rolled down her cheeks. Taemin tucked his hands into his pockets and bumped into Young Hae who is on her way to Onew's house.
"Oh, Taemin oppa," Young Hae greeted.
"Hello, I got to go," Taemin walked away quickly.
'Why Taemin, why didn't you propose to her earlier. Babo.' Taemin grumbled to himself.
He kicked his shoes off and stormed up to his room. Chung Ae heard a door slammed. She went out from her room and found Taemin's door shut. She gently knock a couple of times.
"Can I come in?" No answer from Taemin's room.
Chung Ae walked in and found her baby cousin crying into his pillow. She sat on his bed patting his back trying to calm him down.
"What happened? Tell noona." Chung Ae offered.
Taemin got up sitting down beside Chung Ae while hugging onto his pillow tightly.
"Noona, I was late. Too late. She's getting married." Taemin sobbed.
"To who? To you? OMO!" Chung Ae exclaimed.
"No, noona. To Lee Sung Min," Taemin replied.
"AH, THAT DIRECTOR LEE'S SON. Aiishh."
"Taemin! Come down for a minute!" Taemin's Uncle called.
Taemin and Chung Ae walked down the stairs quickly. Taemin's dad bought a ticket back to Canada to continue Taemin's career. Taemin took the ticket and stare at it. He stare from the ticket to his uncle.
"What's this?" Taemin asked.
"Your dad wanted you to go back to Canada," Uncle explained.
"Appa, Taemin is doing just fine here," Chung Ae confronted.
"I know, Chung Ae. But his dad wanted him to go back. I can't do anything," Uncle gave up.
"But.."
"No more buts, you are leaving this Thursday," Uncle cuts Taemin.
'Thursday? But.. That's Min's wedding day,' Taemin thought on the way up to his room.
He packed his stuff into his luggage. Taemin called his hyungs and told them about him going back to Canada.
"WAE?!" Key sniffled through the phone.
"I don't know, hyung." Taemin replied while packing.
"Take care in Canada, Taemin," Minho reminded Taemin.
"Ye."
"And if you're coming back to Busan, bring back chickens!" Onew exclaimed while he does a research on chickens.
"Try not to obey Onew hyung," Jonghyun teased whil trying to pull away his sister from the vase.
"Yes, hyung. I will," Taemin replied.
"HYUNG! Don't tell Min about this. Please," Taemin begged.
"We won't. We promise," Minho promised on behalf of the other hyungs.
Taemin hang up and continued packing.
